Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms offer interesting design compared to most large hotels, but surprisingly do not come with tea/coffee making facilities for a 5-star hotel. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the train station and the vibrant promenada streets, although it lacks a bit of character. The service was courteous and helpful, although some cleaning activities with music disturbed the peace late at night. The dining options seemed pricey, especially for Polish prices, with room service being the only available choice. The hotel is excellently situated in the heart of Katowice, near major attractions like galleria malls, pedestrian plazas, and a variety of cafes and bars.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great for both leisure and work trips. The service was outstanding, especially with thoughtful touches for children. The location is perfect, surrounded by lively pubs and close to local attractions. The dining experience was delicious but slightly on the pricey side. Overall, a great value for the amenities offered.
The hotel has very elegant and accommodating rooms with high ceilings and heated bathroom floors, but some areas need updating especially the old furniture like the uncomfortable sofa and lack of USBs. The service is top-notch with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cater to their needs. The location is superb, right in the heart of Katowice with convenient access to local attractions. Dining experience varies from brilliant to below par, with room for improvement in certain aspects. Overall, a mix of luxury and outdated elements.
